Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse Salad Recipe

Today, I am sharing a recipe for a Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse Salad. Sometimes the bile that moves between our Liver and Gallbladder can become “sludgy.” The good news is that certain foods can help move that sludge through our system before it turns into Gallstones!

This salad is a tasty mix of grated beets and chopped beet greens, carrots, ginger, and lemon zest all tossed with a delightful lemony vinaigrette. And this delicious salad, which is a perfect mix of cleansing foods to help clear out that sludge, does not involve drinking glass after glass of olive oil and lemon juice!

    Hi Mary,
    My name is Chrissy Palomo.
Although I’ve not tried the recipe yet, all the ingredients are wonderful together. I plan on making it tonight. I have everything except the beet greens. I’m feeling congestion in my gallbladder, and have done flushes in the past. Being reminded of apple cider vinegar was good, besides the lemon juice!
I think it’s important to let your viewers know that when eating raw or cooked beets, that it can cause your urine and poop to look reddish! That can be scary if people aren’t aware of this!
    Thanks for the awesome recipe!

    1. Hi Christina, Thanks so much for the kind words. And the great tip about eating beets! Love, Mary
