Sugar Free Granola Recipe

This Sugar Free Granola is easy to make and is both crunchy and tasty!

  • 1 1/2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 cup "Mix-ins" A mixture of your choice of dried fruit, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, etc.
  • Pinch Fine ground sea salt
  • 2 Egg whites


  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix the first 4 dry ingredients together.
  • Pour the egg whites into the bowl over the mixed dry ingredients. Toss well until all the dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Spread mixture in one layer on to a lined baking sheet. Or as an alternative, you can take teaspoon-fulls of the granola mixture and press them into clumps and place them on the lined baking sheet about an inch apart.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  • Store in an airtight jar. This will stay fresh stored in a cool dry place for about 2 weeks or up to one month if refrigerated.
