Sugar Free Granola Recipe
This Sugar Free Granola is easy to make and is both crunchy and tasty!
- 1 1/2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 cup "Mix-ins" A mixture of your choice of dried fruit, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, etc.
- Pinch Fine ground sea salt
- 2 Egg whites
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the first 4 dry ingredients together.
Pour the egg whites into the bowl over the mixed dry ingredients. Toss well until all the dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread mixture in one layer on to a lined baking sheet. Or as an alternative, you can take teaspoon-fulls of the granola mixture and press them into clumps and place them on the lined baking sheet about an inch apart.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Store in an airtight jar. This will stay fresh stored in a cool dry place for about 2 weeks or up to one month if refrigerated.
