How to Make Roasted Bone Marrow
Roasted Bone Marrow is delicious and tastes like butter with a touch of meaty flavor to it. As a matter of fact, its nickname is "the butter of the gods!" And it can be ready in as little as 15 minutes.
- 6 1 inch sliced marrow bones
Place marrow bones on a lined baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in a pre-heated 450 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Roast marrow bones for 15 minutes until light brown in color.
Scoop marrow out of bones and spread on slices of toasted baguette. Enjoy!
