Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon Molasses
Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons Molasses
Mock Unrefined Sugar
- 1 cup White cane sugar
- 3 tablespoons Molasses
Light Brown Sugar
Mix Sugar and Molasses together until the molasses is completely distributed throughout the sugar. The sugar will appear light brown in color.
Store light brown sugar in a well-sealed container with a small piece of white bread that will keep the light brown sugar fresh and soft.
Dark Brown Sugar
Mix Sugar and Molasses together until the molasses is completely distributed throughout the sugar. The sugar will appear dark brown in color.
Store dark brown sugar in a well-sealed container with a small piece of white bread that will keep the dark brown sugar fresh and soft.
