Nourishing Traditions, Traditional Cooking Interview with Mary
Hi Sweet Friends,
It was wonderful to be interviewed by my friend, Sue Dedow, about Nourishing Traditions and Real Food. Sue and I were homeschooling moms together when our children were young. We discovered the book Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Along with all the other moms in our social circle, we quickly got to making bone broth and never looked back!
To hear more about my own Nourishing Traditions journey, watch the video above and be sure to check out Sue’s other videos. Hers is a new channel where she shares some wonderful recipes for traditional foods. Sue also posts interviews with friends who share stories about their real food journeys!
