Today I am bringing you a recipe that was a favorite from my youth, Green Goddess Salad Dressing.ย It’s such a delicious alternative when you want a change from Ranch Salad Dressing or Blue Cheese Salad Dressing.
It’s perfect topped on a wedge salad but is equally at home poured over Romaine lettuce.ย And it also doubles as a great dip!

How to Make Green Goddess Salad Dressing (VIDEO)
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Flat-Leaf Italian parsley washed with long stems removed
- 6 Scallions sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 Garlic clove smashed
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Place parsley, scallions, garlic, vinegar, anchovy paste, and mustard into a food processor fitted with the chopping blade and process ingredients until finely chopped.
- Remove food processor lid and add mayonnaise and sour cream. Process until smooth.
- Decant salad dressing into a clean jar and refrigerate. This salad dressing will stay fresh refrigerated for 1 week.
