Roasted Bone Marrow is easy to make, and it’s ready in 15 minutes! Bone Marrow rich in protein and good fats that soothe our skin and gut, tamp down inflammation, and strengthen our hair and nails.

Roasted Bone Marrow is delicious and tastes like butter with a touch of meaty flavor to it. As a matter of fact, its nickname is “the butter of the gods!” And it can be ready in as little as 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 1 inch sliced marrow bones

Instructions 

  • Place marrow bones on a lined baking sheet.
  • Place baking sheet in a pre-heated 450 degree Fahrenheit oven.
  • Roast marrow bones for 15 minutes until light brown in color.
  • Scoop marrow out of bones and spread on slices of toasted baguette. Enjoy!
