Bone Marrow is the Butter of the Gods
Roasted Bone Marrow is delicious and tastes like butter with a touch of meaty flavor to it. As a matter of fact, its nickname is “the butter of the gods!” Just imagine if a bit of steak was mixed in with some butter. If you are a meat lover, you will love roasted bone marrow!
In many restaurants, Roasted Bone Marrow is considered a delicacy. But you can make it at home for a few dollars. Serve it spread on toast points and sprinkled with a bit of sea salt, toss it with warm vegetables for added nutrition, or whisk it into your bone broth or soup. It’s absolutely delicious! You must give it a try!
