2022 Member Update

Over the last year, we spent time together deep-diving into topics, including sourdough starter, fermentation, some of the best ways to boost our immunity, and more.

This year as we continue to strive for good health, I will publish additional vodcasts on traditional foods topics, including how to:

  • Culture raw milk,
  • Make sprouted grain breads,
  • Creatively incorporate more organ meats into our diets,
  • And more!

I also look forward to chatting with you on these topics during our member live streams.

How to Boost Our Immunity

In addition, I will focus a number of my vodcasts on ways to use traditional foods and remedies to further boost our immunity, covering topics like:

  • How certain nutrients play an essential role in our gut health,
  • How to help prevent the development of debilitating diseases,
  • And more!

And speaking of working to overcome maladies, I look forward to sharing with you some inspirational stories about people who improved their health considerably —often overcoming illness or disease—by switching to a traditional foods diet.
