I filmed a video about making flavored oils and the secret to making them so that they stay green, specifically flavored oils made with herbs. I published my “How to Keep Herbal Oils Green and Flavorful” public video over the summer, and in this member video, I talk about my public video and a related article from the Wall Street Journal.
These conversational vodcasts are available to the Kitchen Pioneers who have joined my YouTube membership community—The Traditional Foods Kitchen Academy.

The Popularity of Flavored Herbal Oils
About the same time that I created my public video and recipe post about How to Make Fresh Green Herbal Oils, the Wall Street Journal published an article called “The Molecular Magic of Flavored Oils.” This article discussed why flavored oils have become so popular and how they can add wonderful flavor to different dishes.
I agree with that. However, the article doesn’t necessarily talk about all the tips and tricks of making a good flavored oil and that’s what I cover in my video. Join me in my latest video for members of the Traditional Foods Kitchen Pioneers.
