Sharing Festive Ferments and Traditional Foods on Live Television

During my KXAN Studio 512 appearance, I demonstrate one of my favorite recipes from my new cookbook, The Modern Pioneer Pantry: Fermented “Pink” Cauliflower with Pearl Onions.
