Can salt be part of a healthy diet? It’s a great question and one I explore in today’s vodcast where I chat about how we may want to rethink the war on salt.

These conversational vodcasts are available to the Kitchen Pioneers who have joined my YouTube membership community—The Traditional Foods Kitchen Academy.

I love your videos and learn so much! Like you, I am originally a city girl, but now I’m spending a lot of time with my girls creating a traditional kitchen. Thank you for all your help! How can I have full access to your videos, and subscribe, without signing up with google?
