A Quick Glance: My Azure Standard Haul
- Azure Standard is a family-owned food co-op that delivers organic, bulk, and traditional foods to local community drop points across the country.
- You place your order online, meet the truck on delivery day, and stock your pantry with beautiful, high-quality ingredients at affordable prices.
- I use Azure to fill my pantry with the very foods I share in my recipes and videos—everything from grains and beans to oils, spices, and more!
What Is Azure Standard?
Azure Standard is a family-owned company and community-based food co-op that connects families directly to natural and organic foods at fair prices.
Instead of operating like a typical grocery store, Azure delivers through local drop points nationwide. You simply order online, then meet the Azure truck at your local pickup location. It’s an excellent way to restock your pantry and connect with others who share your love of real, traditional food.

Why I Love Azure Standard
Here’s why Azure has become one of my favorite sources for real, traditional foods:
🌾 Quality and Variety: They carry nearly every ingredient I use—ancient grains, heritage flours, dried beans, natural sweeteners, healthy fats, and more.
💰 Affordability: Buying in bulk helps stretch your grocery budget and ensures a well-stocked pantry.
🌍 Sustainability: Azure partners with small farms and prioritizes regenerative, organic agriculture.
🤝 Community: Meeting the truck feels like gathering with old friends—everyone there cares about good food and simple living.

How Azure Standard Works
Getting started is easy:
- Create a free Azure Standard account.
- Find your local drop point (or start one if there isn’t one nearby).
- Place your order online before your area’s monthly cut-off date.
- Pick up your order when the Azure truck arrives!

My Latest Azure Standard Haul
Here are some of the products in my Azure Standard Haul that I also highlight in today’s video.
This rich, beautifully creamy A2/A2 dairy is such a treat. I love using it for homemade whipped cream or adding a splash to coffee for an extra-smooth start to the day.
- Baja Gold Sea Salt – Fine Ground and Natural Ground (1 bag each)
This is one of my favorite mineral-rich salts, harvested right from the Sea of Cortez. The fine ground is perfect for everyday cooking, while the natural ground gives a rustic crunch to roasted vegetables and homemade breads.
- Sesame Seeds – 1 White Hulled & 1 Raw
The white-hulled seeds are lovely for baking and topping breads, while the raw sesame seeds toast beautifully for stir-fries, salads, or even homemade tahini.
I always keep this on hand, especially because it’s a must for making my Cowboy Cookies. It adds the perfect chewy texture and just the right hint of sweetness.
These little gems are new to me, and I’m excited to experiment. They offer a deep, naturally chocolate flavor and a wonderful crunch—perfect for sprinkling into granola or onto yogurt.
- Chocolate Chips – Bittersweet & Special Dark (coconut sugar)
Both of these chips are of excellent quality. The bittersweet variety is great for baking, while the special dark adds a rich, deep flavor and is perfect for those who prefer a naturally sweetened option.
- Lamb Tallow (1 jar)
This is such a traditional fat, long used in nourishing cooking. Lamb tallow brings an extraordinary savory richness to roasted vegetables and is especially delicious for pan-frying potatoes.
- Organic Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce (1 bottle)
Naturally fermented soy sauce is worlds apart from the commercial versions. It’s full of umami depth and perfect for marinades, soups, stir-fries, and homemade dressings.
- Date Syrup (1 bottle)
Date syrup is a naturally sweet, mineral-rich option that I plan to use in place of molasses in certain recipes—especially gingerbread. It gives a lovely caramel flavor.
- Coconut Butter (1 jar)
This is one of my favorite little treats. A spoonful makes a simple, wholesome snack, and it’s wonderful stirred into warm oatmeal or smoothie bowls.
- Cannellini Beans – 1 Case (12 cans)
A pantry staple! These beans are creamy and mild, and they work perfectly in soups, salads, pastas, and quick weeknight meals. I love having a full case ready to go.
- Castile Soap – Oatmeal Lavender and Peppermint (2 bars)
These gentle soaps are ideal for sensitive skin and smell heavenly. The oatmeal lavender bar is calming and soothing, while the peppermint gives that refreshing, invigorating feel.

Final Thoughts About Azure Standard
Azure Standard will truly become a cornerstone of my traditional foods kitchen. It’s where I find so many of the ingredients I use in my recipes—from the unsweetened coconut and chocolate chips I use in my baked goods to the beans I simmer into soup.
If you haven’t tried Azure yet, I encourage you to visit Azure Standard and explore their offerings. It’s an excellent way to save money, support small farms, and fill your pantry with real, nourishing food for your family.
If you decide to shop with Azure Standard, please share your experience in the comments below and let me know some of your favorite products you buy from them to stock your Traditional Foods Kitchen.

What About Whole Grains?
Although Azure Standard carries whole grains, my favorite source for whole grain einkorn, emmer, spelt (and more!) is Grand Teton Ancient Grains.
