The Modern Pioneer Cookbook

After I initially announced my new book, The Modern Pioneer Cookbook, earlier this year, I gave my Kitchen Pioneers a special video, taking them Behind the Scenes of the Making of The Modern Pioneer Cookbook. In this September live stream, which is my first members-only video after the release of my book in August, I talked with my Kitchen Pioneers about some of my post-release book activities and feedback.

For example, I discussed how the larger text font developed, which goes against the trend of smaller fonts in cookbooks. The results are in from readers with positive reviews of the text and the book’s layout.

My thanks to my editor and the lovely lady at DK handling the layout. They did an amazing job helping to make my book very readable and a joy to look at. (And thanks to you, my sweet friends, for helping my cookbook reach the top 10 of the Publisher’s Weekly bestseller charts!)
