I’d like to receive more tips and recipes from Mary’s Nest.

I was happy to chat with my sweet Kitchen Pioneers during my March live stream on March 30, 2022. Among the topics we talked about was the challenge of staying within your budget for a traditional foods kitchen during these inflationary times.

This live stream replay is available to Kitchen Pioneers who have joined my YouTube membership communityโ€”The Traditional Foods Kitchen Academy.

How to Shop for Affordable Real Food

With prices rising, it can be so difficult to stay within our grocery budget. We are forced to buy less, and sometimes, we have to siphon off monies from our groceries to pay for gasoline to run our cars.

But don’t despair! I have done a lot of research on how we can get the most out of our food dollars by shopping for real foods that are still reasonably priced.

I talk about ways to stay within your food budget, and I also answer questions from my sweet Kitchen Pioneers during my March 2022 live stream replay.

Now keep in mind, you may not always be able to purchase what you used to buy, so you will need to be flexible. However, being flexible doesn’t mean lower quality.

Cheap Foods to Stock Within Your Budget

In addition to my members-only live stream replay, I also share the following public videos on cheap foods that you can buy to stock your Prepper Pantry. You can use these cheap foods to make nutritious and delicious meals.

And remember, just because I use the word cheap, nothing that I share is of poor quality or highly processed. They are simply affordable foods. We will still be buying real food. And when we purchase foods we don’t normally shop for, we just might need to stretch our culinary muscle and try a few new recipes with some foods that might be new to us.

In the video below, I share foods that are in short supply or will be in short supply soon, so don’t delay in stocking up on these foods today while still being able to stay within your grocery budget!

Do you need a few tips on how to inflation-proof your pantry? I show you how in the video below.
