I was happy to chat with my sweet Kitchen Pioneers during this month’s live stream on February 23, 2023. Our main focus for this live stream was all about the amazing gut-loving good bacteria contained in a variety of cultured dairy products.
This live stream replay is available to Kitchen Pioneers who have joined my YouTube membership communityโThe Traditional Foods Kitchen Academy.

Donna Shwenk’s Cultured Food Podcast
Lately, I have been interested in learning how to make new forms of cultured dairy beyond yogurt and kefir. As I shared during the live stream, I always enjoy listening to Donna Shwenk’s podcasts about cultured food.
You can learn more about Donna and the various cultured and fermented food recipes she shares in her book and podcast:
Cultured Dairy Recipes
In the following videos, I show you how to make a variety of cultured dairy products, including cultured butter, milk kefir, and homemade yogurt without a machine.
In the coming weeks, I will share some special recipes for making various cultured dairy products that I am sure you will enjoy. And best of all, they can be made with ultra-pasteurized milk! I know this is good news for those of you who have shared with me that this is the only milk you can buy at your grocery store. So stay tuned!
