Rising Grocery Prices

Some of us have lived through inflationary times, but these rapid price increases are a new phenomenon for others. Prices are rising across the board, from housing and gasoline to food and other supplies. The higher prices stretch our budgets to the point where we have to make hard decisions.

These sacrifices typically mean that we have to significantly cut back on the items we buy for our pantries. We often have to make substitutions and possibly forgo purchasing some of our favorite brands or foods in the search for less expensive options.

However, rising grocery prices don’t mean we have to do without nutritious foods. You still have many affordable real foods to choose from, including fresh, frozen, and canned grocery items. So be sure to watch my latest members-only video, and let’s chat about how to get the most for our dollar!
