Use Bone Broth at Every Meal
It’s easy to integrate bone broth into your weekly cooking, from breakfast to dinner. Bone broth is a real food that can serve as a tasty soothing tea at breakfast in place of coffee. It’s rich in protein and especially collagen, which will give your skin, hair, nails, and joints a boost!
For lunch or dinner, you can also use bone broth as the base for a soup, such as in the following easy chicken soup recipe.
Can You Use Bone Broth in a Smoothie?
Did you know you can add bone broth to your morning smoothie? It will increase the smoothie’s nutrition. And given the mild taste of bone broth, you’ll never notice it.
I know what you’re thinking, “Mary, there is no way I’m putting bone broth in my smoothie!” But trust me, it really is delicious.
Here are the best combinations for using bone broth with smoothies:
- Chocolate Smoothie – Add Beef Bone Broth
- Fruit Smoothie – Add Chicken Bone Broth
- Green Smoothie – Add Fish Bone Broth (Yes! Fish Bone Broth!)
In my video, I also talk about how you can add a frozen kelp cube from Vital Choice into that green smoothie. By doing so, you’ve further boosted the health benefits of your smoothie! Kale’s got nothing on Kelp! ๐
