In today’s vodcast, I’m sharing some simple ideas that we can implement in our traditional foods kitchen routine to make the most of every little snatch of time we have.
These conversational vodcasts are available to the Kitchen Pioneers who have joined my YouTube membership community—The Traditional Foods Kitchen Academy.

Kitchen Tips for Cooking a Whole Chicken
One of the time-saving kitchen tips that I talk about in my vodcast is to cook a meal that will give you leftovers and ingredients that you can use for future meals.
Cooking a roast chicken is an excellent example of a delicious meal that lasts more than one sitting. Depending on the size of your family, you may be able to get more than one meal out of a whole chicken. Plus, you’ll have the leftover bones that you can use to make chicken bone broth.
In the following recipe videos, I’ll show you how to easily roast a chicken with step-by-step instructions. You’ll also find a tasty recipe for roasting a chicken with potatoes, garlic, and lemon. And for the warmer months, the praised chicken and chicken in an Instant Pot recipes will give you a whole chicken meal without having to turn on the oven.
